Ticket brokers seeking to take their business to the next level, whether by increasing revenue or growing their brand, have an ally in Epic Inventory Management (EIM). The company, which will be one of the exhibitors at Ticket Summit in New York January 13-15, partners with brokerages to become their off-site back office, performing services such as mailings, answering phones, order processing, and even last minute selling. It’s a business model based on the idea that freeing a broker from mundane office tasks will help them to focus on the entrepreneurial aspects of growth and revenue.

Chris Brown tour plots concert comeback with ‘Fan Appreciation’ dates

Yankees, Angels and Dodgers sweep their way into league championships

This year’s American League Divisional series will be known for a few things, such as New York Yankees all-star Alex Rodriguez emerging as a true clutch player, and for the Los Angeles Angels finally beating the Boston Red Sox in a playoff series.

But, it will also be known to many ticket brokers as the one that got away, because the Red Sox will not be facing their arch rival Yankees in the American League Championship Series (ALCS). Both the Yankees and Angels swept their divisional series over the weekend, against the Minnesota Twins and Red Sox, respectively, to reach the championship series.
